Lorenzo Gasparrini
Populariser
Lorenzo Gasparrini was born in Rome in 1972. During his philosophy studies, his PhD, and a brief academic career in different universities in central Italy, he came across feminist texts and leading figures; therefore, after starting a path of deep self-criticism, he focused on spreading gender-related topics – particularly addressed to a male audience – and training people on these issues. He delivers seminars and workshops in universities, community centres, companies, schools, trade unions, professional associations, and self-organized groups; he frequently publishes in specialised and unspecialised magazines, both online and printed. His volumes include: I ragazzi possono essere femministi? Relazioni maschili senza oppressioni (Settenove, 2016, new edition, 2020).
