Valentina Loche
Educator
She was born under the spring sun of 1978 and she is currently living in Orani. She is a fierce educator and teacher, an instructor, actress and author, as well as a maieutic director and theatre trainer. Both on stage and in her teaching activities, she willingly uses her mother tongue, Sardinian, which allowed her to be among the protagonists of the recent and successful play “Il Giorno del Giudizio”, based on Salvatore Satta’s eponymous novel and directed by Marco Spiga. Since 2017, after a long experience with the company I Barbariciridicoli, she has been staging self-produced plays of social theatre all around Sardinia, shifting between storytelling, music, empowering poetry, and pedagogy. She collaborates with various associations for cultural and theatrical activities. With her poems, she takes part in the Sardegna Poetry Slam network. In love with life and committed to change, she is an ardent dreamer. She is taking part in the Literary Festival of Sardinia L’Isola delle Storie for the second time, because beautiful dreams sometimes find a way to happen again.
